Sound familiar?

Burnout creeps up slowly. Many people we see have been pushing through for months, or years.

How kinesiology can help

Burnout is your body’s signal that it needs to reset. In a session, we use gentle muscle monitoring to identify the stress patterns that are draining your energy and clarity, then use balancing techniques to help your nervous system shift out of fight-or-flight.

Sessions start with a wellness assessment, so you know exactly where to begin, and we agree a plan together that suits your schedule and budget.

What clients often tell us

Kinesiology and mental health

Stress rarely stays in one place. Over time it can show up as anxiety, low mood, poor sleep or feeling flat and disconnected. Kinesiology is a gentle, complementary approach that supports your mental health by identifying the stress patterns behind how you feel and helping your body and mind settle.

Kinesiology works alongside, not instead of, care from your GP, psychologist or counsellor. If you are struggling, please keep talking to your health professionals.
