ADHD support for adults
Less overwhelm. More follow-through.
For adults with ADHD who know what to do but struggle to start. Gentle kinesiology sessions to ease the stress and overwhelm that get in the way of focus, so everyday life feels more manageable.
Sound familiar?
ADHD is not a lack of effort. Many people we see are exhausted from trying harder.
- Knowing what to do but not being able to start
- Losing your thread every time you are interrupted
- Perfectionism that stops you finishing, or starting
- Shame about the things left undone
- Feeling swamped by everyday admin and tasks
- Running out of energy by mid-afternoon
How kinesiology can help
Kinesiology does not diagnose or treat ADHD. What it can help with is the stress, overwhelm and emotional load that make ADHD harder to live with.
In a session, we use gentle muscle monitoring to identify the stress patterns behind what is getting in your way, then use balancing techniques to help your nervous system settle, so it is easier to focus and follow through.
Sessions start with a wellness assessment, so you know exactly where to begin, and we agree a plan together that suits your schedule and budget.
What we work on together
- Getting started on tasks
- Calming overwhelm and shutdown
- Easing perfectionism and shame
- Finding your way back after interruptions

Common questions
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?
No. Some people we see have a diagnosis, some are waiting for an assessment, and some simply recognise themselves in the list above. Kinesiology is not a diagnostic service. If you think you may have ADHD, talk to your GP.
How much does a session cost?
A 55-minute session is $200 plus GST, and a 40-minute session is $130 plus GST. If you are facing financial difficulty, please ask, as we are open to discussing options.
Will this replace my medication or treatment?
No. Kinesiology works alongside your existing care. Please do not change any medication without talking to your doctor.
